000 Pack Mule Road,Wikieup,Mohave,Land

Description

Incredible opportunity to own your very own getaway property!!! Three parcels combined to make up this 215.5 acres of secluded land in the mountain ranges about 15 miles to the North/East of Wikieup, Az. Good access to the property with the well maintained roads and all the privacy you could ask for. There are TWO natural springs that run through the North end of the property year around….Views that you would expect to see in the movies. An abundance of wildlife, in fact you are probably more likely to see a wild animal than another human being on a daily basis This would make a great retirement location, weekend getaway, doomsday prepping camp, mountain man training complex, or maybe even a zombie apocalypse retreat if that’s your jam!! You buy it….you can do what you want with it! Rare opportunity for such a large parcel of land and priced under $500/acre to boot. This borders state land to the East & North for even more privacy and a buffer from any potential neighbor!
